Join us for somatic-based, body-inclusive, mindfulness-focused movement sessions in a warm & inviting setting.

Who it's for:

It's for every body who is wanting more flexibility, connection, & acceptance in their movement practice.

If you've ever over-exercised, or felt guilty for not working out more, &/or exercised only for weight loss or body shaping...

& you want to move to feel good & more present in your body...

This is for you.

What we do:

Each group is unique, as each group has different bodies showing up with various needs & expressions, & everyone's starting points & intentions are considered.

We focus on gentle, non-goal-oriented movement that deepens your connection with your body & enhances your enjoyment of movement.

How it works:

Simply book your weekly, 45-minute session & pay for them based on a sliding scale (suggested $10-$40).

Since it's online, you can join from anywhere in the world.

Welcome to your new movement space, with me, Michelle Rosko.

I am a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. I also have professional training in Somatic Experiencing (basically speaking the language of your body).

I've worked with clients online, & in-person settings, all the way from pumped up fitness classes to eating disorder recovery groups, since 2020.

Your body is welcome as you are --tired, restless, uncertain, floaty, ready to crush the world...

The group aim is to support you to grow your capacity to connect with your body exactly as it is, so you can make more loving choices for it, in movement & beyond.

We let go of expectations, & allow whatever comes up to arrive without judgment, & whatever your experience is during the group is valid.

That said, you'll likely finish each group feeling more grounded, present, "zen" (I hear that one often), & connected with the world around you.

How To Arrive

Please wear the most comfortable clothing available to you.

You may use a mat or supportive surface.

Please be well-nourished & bring along water as needed.

You may also bring any tools you have to encourage safety, such as cushions, fidgets, blocks, etc.

It is also more connective to the group to have your camera on, but you are not required to do so.

There is no one right or wrong way, simply what is helpful for you.
