Do you tell yourself you can't workout more because you don't have time?
Totally common. Hear it all the time.
But wanna know a little secret?
It might not be even true.
Just as a personal example, some days I only workout for 10-15 minutes. Actually, I rarely do a workout session that lasts longer than 30 minutes.
Here are some ideas that might help you:
1) We often have more time than we think, when we get down to the nitty gritty, kitty.
I take my clients through a time exercise that makes them go 'Wow!! I have so much more time than I realized' or 'I didn't realize how much time I wasting doing X."
2) Consistent quality trumps sporadic quantity.
Building the habit is more important than clocking big numbers, so doing a short amount of exercise consistently can be more beneficial than visiting the gym for long sessions a couple of times a month.
3) You WILL prioritize what's really important to you, so getting deep on WHY you want to exercise better/more is key.
We always only do what gives us some benefit. Ask yourself how smart, balanced exercise could truly benefit your life.
If you want to become a master at consistent & smart exercise, I lay out in my program step by step guide what takes you from, "This is too easy!" to "Woah, I actually I really like exercise!"
